Acceptable Use Policy

01 Scope

This Policy applies to all visitors to the website and to all clients and personnel who receive or use our deliverables. It supplements our Terms of Service. Where this Policy and an Engagement Agreement conflict, the Engagement Agreement controls for that engagement.

02 Permitted use

You may use the website to learn about our Services, contact us, and access resources we make available. You may use deliverables prepared for you for your internal business purposes, consistent with the license granted in your Engagement Agreement, including sharing them with contractors you engage to implement our recommendations.

03 Prohibited conduct

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• use the website or materials for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our deliverables or website content except as expressly permitted;
• remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in our materials;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content or data from the website using automated means without permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers, or any connected systems;
• introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network associated with the website without our prior written authorization;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• upload or submit content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, or that you do not have the right to submit; or
• use the website or materials to develop a competing product or service by copying our methods or content.

04 Accuracy of information you provide

When you submit information through the contact form or during an engagement, you agree that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Because our advisory work depends on the information you provide, submitting false, incomplete, or unauthorized information may compromise the value of our deliverables and is a breach of this Policy.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, or regulated data through the public contact form. If an engagement requires exchange of sensitive materials, we will arrange an appropriate method with you.

05 Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, graphics, and our methodologies and templates are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property or that of our licensors. This Policy does not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited use rights expressly described here or in your Engagement Agreement.

06 Use of deliverables with third parties

You may share deliverables with contractors and vendors who need them to implement our recommendations, provided they use the materials solely for that purpose and respect the confidentiality and intellectual property terms. You remain responsible for the actions of parties with whom you share our materials.

07 Enforcement and suspension

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take appropriate action, including restricting or terminating access to the website, suspending an engagement, or pursuing legal remedies. We may remove or disable content that we believe violates this Policy or the rights of others. We are not liable for actions taken in good faith to enforce this Policy.

08 Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this Policy, a security concern, or content that appears to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, please notify us using the contact details below so we can review the matter.

09 Changes to this Policy

We may revise this Policy from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website or materials after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
